Yoga Classes:
Hatha Yoga sessions to
bring health and balance to your body, and relaxation to your mind. |
In-House Workshops
Attending
public workshops is most applicable when your participant numbers would
not make in-house training commercially viable (less than 8 people to
attend a training session), and when you
perceive a benefit from being exposed to learning how other organisations
do things.
If your
company has 8 or more people requiring training, you might like to
discuss the option of holding the workshops in-house at your premises, or
off-site at another venue, with only your organisation's employees
participating. Also, private,
in-house training programs may be more desirable
if there are issues of confidentiality, or for the benefit of team-building.
Please contact me via the contact page to
discuss possibilities.
Personal Coaching
I provide individual coaching
to people interested in developing their skills and results in any of the
content areas mentioned in this website. Coaching is often utilised
after participating in a training workshop, to reinforce the learning and
help fully implement the new behaviours into the workplace.
Of
course coaching is also available and beneficial to people who choose not
to attend a workshop, but prefer highly personalised advice and assistance
in their development. This might include my observing your current
practices in the workplace, followed by personalised feedback and
suggestions for improvement. Or it may involve goal-setting,
strategy structuring, and follow-up discussions to motivate and ensure the
achievement of those goals.
Because the coaching sessions are
individual, I am happy to tailor the approach to whatever will be most
beneficial to you.
Please contact me via the contact page to
discuss possibilities.
