a Learning and Development Consultant based in Sydney (Australia), I
provide personal and professional development services to corporate and
individual clients in a broad range of skills.
Although I specialise in the Recruitment Industry, I offer a wide range of courses applicable to people from all other industry sectors. Included in my range of training programs targeted to the Recruitment Industry are 2-day workshops for Recruitment Consulting ('Recruitment - A Practical Approach'), Business Development and Account Management ('Building Better Business'), and Team Leadership ('Leadership Skills'). The 1-day workshops 'Goal Setting and Time Management', 'Reception and Customer Service Skills', and 'Customer Service Telephone Skills', are also very popular with people within the Recruitment Industry. Whilst my courses are applicable to, and utilised by all sectors of the Recruitment Industry, members of the Information Technology Contracting and Recruitment Association (ITCRA) will be pleased to know that my training and course content are recognised by ITCRA, and I am an 'ITCRA Preferred Training Provider'. For organisations in all other industry sectors beyond the Recruitment Industry, I provide the following workshops: 'Leadership Skills', 'Goal Setting and Time Management', 'Reception and Customer Service Skills', 'Customer Service Telephone Skills', and 'Staff Selection Interviewing Skills'. You may prefer to attend public sessions with participants from other organisations, or if your training project involves a number of participants from within your company, I can tailor the programs to meet your particular requirements.
