You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access password-protected source code to any software or spreadsheets contained on or downloaded from the web site.  You may not attempt to change formulas in password-protected cells on any spreadsheet downloaded from the web site.  You may not attempt to call or access any of the functions or other components contained in products downloaded from the web site other than from within Microsoft Excel.

Hoadley Trading & Investment Tools does not warrant that the web site will operate or perform in a manner that is uninterrupted or error-free, or that the web site, host server, or downloadable software and spreadsheets will be maintained free of viruses or other harmful code. Hoadley Trading & Investment Tools makes no warranties that the information presented on the web site is current, up-to-date, or accurate.

In order to provide a low cost quality service to all users, use of this web site is subject to a reasonable usage policy.  This is to ensure that no user is unfairly disadvantaged by the behaviour of other users. Examples of unreasonable usage include downloading the same version of software multiple times from this web site, or continually using on-line calculators where downloadable software would provide the same or similar functionality.
