a Learning and Development Consultant based in Sydney (Australia), I
provide personal and professional development services to corporate and
individual clients in a broad range of skills.
My areas of expertise include training in the following subjects: 'Leadership Skills', 'Goal Setting and Time Management', 'Reception and Customer Service Skills', 'Customer Service Telephone Skills', and 'Staff Selection Interviewing Skills'.
I also specialise in training for the Recruitment Industry, utilising my 5 years experience working in the industry in roles from Consultant through to Divisional Manager. Included in my range of training programs specifically targeted to the Recruitment Industry are 2-day workshops for Recruitment Consulting ('Recruitment - A Practical Approach'), and Business Development and Account Management ('Building Better Business'). Additionally, my 'Leadership Skills', 'Goal Setting and Time Management', 'Reception and Customer Service Skills', and 'Customer Service Telephone Skills' courses are also very popular with people within the Recruitment Industry.
